Everything on this site is free. You will be asked to register once to use the search engine. If you clear cookies from your computer you may have to re-enter your info.

Once you set up a password, you will not be asked to re-register. Subsequent visits should move you right to the search criteria.

If you have any issues, check your browser security settings - this program will place a cookie to recognize you as a repeat visitor if it's set to medium or lower so you won't need to re-enter your info.

If you have it set higher, you will need to re-enter your password when you leave and return to search.

The MLS search engine will allow you to search in many different ways, including with an interactive map.
