Between organic search engine placement and key word pay per click, this site averaged 6600+- vistors a month (between 01/08 - 09/08)..each one a potential buyer. Traffic on this site grows monthly as I spend the time and money needed to get your home out there. 

Making it easy for agents is critical as well. Every listing of mine has a VIRTUAL TOUR, the maximum number of photos with additional narration, maps, disclosures, development info...anything to make a buyer agent's life easier. We email active buyer agents with EFLYERS as well as manipulate the listing to keep it fresh. We all know that there are too many part time agents in this business - I want to make it easy as possible for them....including holding their hands as much as needed.
