Established in February 2006. Together Mr. Wilson and Mr. Mills have over 20 years of legal experience and close several hundred real estate transactions each year. Wilson & Mills, LLC has offices in Marietta, Vinings and Cartersville. Wilson & Mills, LLC specializes in residential and commercial real estate closings, corporate and business law,
wills, trusts and estates and tax planning.  

Robert A. Wilson, Jr obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Kentucky Wesleyan College in 1986 and obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1993. Mr. Wilson is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the West Virginia State Bar. Mr. Wilson has an extensive background in residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning, Taxation and Taxpayer Representation and Business and Corporate Law.

Scott G. Mills obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia in 1993 and obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Mercer University in 1996. Mr. Mills devotes the majority of his practice to residential and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Mills is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Florida Bar. Mr. Mills represents numerous developers, builders and lenders throughout Georgia and Florida.
