Mills & Associates has closed several hundred real estate transactions each of the last several years. They specialize in residential and commercial real estate closings, corporate and business law, wills, trusts and estates and tax planning.
 

Scott G. Mills obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia in 1993 and obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Mercer University in 1996. Mr. Mills devotes the majority of his practice to residential and commercial real estate transactions. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Florida Bar. Mr. Mills represents numerous developers, builders and lenders throughout Georgia and Florida.
